Ellipsis & Marquee

Believe it or not but I just thought of a use for overflow-style: marquee-line.

Suppose we have a table-cell with overflow set to hidden.
When we :hover the table-cell we set the overflow-style to marquee-line and marquee-style to alternate.

Provided there is an ellipsis, or maybe we don't need to check since the marquee won't scroll if the content fits the cell.
